| Our In Store Ordering Policy As with store policy, we will order your music or other item on the Monday of the week in which you place your order. We do not, under normal circumstances, ship directly to your door. You may, however, choose to have your item shipped to one of our two stores for your convenience. We do not currently have an Internet check-out, so payment is due when your music or item arrives. We will contact you via e-mail when your product is ordered. We will contact you again via e-mail and telephone when your product is in. There is no need to contact us about the status of your order. Due to events beyond our control, your order may take longer to process due to the availability of the product. We will contact you if your item is back-ordered. Additionally, all items over $50.00 require a 20% down-payment before the order is processed. |
